Using Astumi
These terms cover your use of Astumi and Umi, provided by Leitware LTD. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions or support requests can be sent to [email protected].
Who can use the service
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using Astumi. Provide accurate signup information and use only a phone number or account you are authorised to access. Keep your account access secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorised use.
What Umi does
Umi offers AI conversation and reminders through messaging. It can make mistakes, misunderstand a request or produce incomplete information. Check important details yourself. Umi is not a medical, mental-health, legal or financial adviser, and is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for emergencies or critical deadlines.
Messages and reminders
By requesting messaging features, you authorise the messages needed to provide them. Wait for confirmation that a reminder has been saved. Delivery times are approximate and depend on messaging networks and service availability. You can ask to change or cancel reminders in the conversation. Reply STOP to pause messages. Your network provider may apply its own charges.
Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
The price, billing interval and any trial conditions are shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Where a trial is offered, billing starts after the trial according to the terms shown when you sign up. Reply STOP to cancel future renewals for a subscription linked to your phone number, including the first charge after an applicable trial. For purchases without a linked phone number, or if you need help cancelling, email [email protected]. Cancellation does not automatically refund an amount already paid. Contact us about refunds; your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Responsible use
Do not use Astumi to break the law, harass others, impersonate someone, send unsolicited messages, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. Share only content you have the right to provide. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations.
Your content and our service
You keep any rights you hold in the content you submit. You allow us and our service providers to process that content as needed to operate Astumi and respond to your requests, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Astumi’s branding, designs and software remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Astumi available, but interruptions, delays and errors can occur. Features may change as the service develops. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Tell us promptly if something goes wrong so we can investigate and help.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will provide notice of material changes where required, including any changes affecting an existing subscription.
