Astumi

Privacy

Astumi uses Google sign-in to store your name, email address, optional profile image and account identifiers in Cloudflare D1. Essential HTTP-only cookies keep you signed in.

For messaging, Astumi stores your name, phone number, interests, Umi colourway, writing style and preferred schedule. Your onboarding draft stays in this browser tab so you can go back or refresh. It also stores generated notes, the prompts and preferences used, model usage and send status. OpenAI processes the generation request; its API storage is disabled for these calls. Sendblue handles iMessage delivery.

Stripe handles subscription and card details. Card numbers never pass through Astumi. Your browser stores a checkout token for verifying payment status. Astumi links your checkout to your phone number and stores cancellation requests so a STOP text can cancel future renewals as well as pause messages.

When configured, PostHog collects page visits, events and error reports only with your permission. Masked session replay is a separate choice. Names, email addresses and form contents are excluded from analytics.

Change your choices through Privacy preferences. Global Privacy Control disables optional tracking. Each site remembers your choices for up to 180 days. Declining optional tracking does not affect sign-in or checkout.

The API records route, status, timing and sanitized error data with a random request ID. Request counters limit abuse. For account or data deletion requests, contact [email protected].
